At the age of 8, he decided to do something for the music. It was a radio station called WRKO that inspired him to enter into the world of music. He got married to Lauran Miller Walk in 1997, with whom he has four kids named; sons Jesse (2000) and Jagger (2001), and daughters Jade (2005) and Jewel Summer (2007).
